Warranty and post-warranty service

The company BOLEX Group s.r.o. provides warranty and post-warranty service for the supplied devices. We have trained workers and full support of equipment manufacturers. The servicing of equipment for which the own technicians have not been trained is provided by the manufacturer's service personnel. The comprehensive range of service services includes installation, revival and commissioning after delivery, user service training, warranty and post-warranty repairs. We provide service in the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Spare parts and consumables

We provide spare parts and consumables for devices and equipment that are part of our company's sales range. We guarantee the supply of original spare parts for at least 5 years from commissioning or since installation. For selected items, we offer domestic replacements at favorable prices with a guarantee of full interchangeability.
